The Chesil Speedster is a highly regarded and well established replica of the Porsche 365 Speedster, the open top version of this popular Porsche from the 1950s. Chesil's own take closely resembles the 1957 model year. Two models are are offered: the conventionally powered Chesil Classic 356 Speedster and the recently introduced fully-electric Chesil E Speedster.
As well as looking, sounding and driving the same as the original car would have, Chesil’s factory built Speedsters incorporate several improvements which make ownership an even more attractive proposition. Upgrades in safety and performance can be found in the engine, electrical and braking systems, whilst a carefully considered improvement in interior comfort and accessory level creates a more practical car, without compromising its classic status.
